Who operates Acemore
North Forge Digital operates Acemore, the training product at https://www.ace-more.com and in the Acemore Android app. This policy explains what information Acemore collects, how it is used, and how you can delete it.
Questions about this policy can go to northforgedigitalco@gmail.com.
Information Acemore collects
Acemore collects the information below so it can create your account, build and adjust your training, send the reminders you turn on, and answer Ask.
Account
When you create an account, you provide an email address and a password. Email and password authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. Signing in keeps a session in the app or browser so you stay signed in. Acemore does not keep a separate copy of your password outside that authentication service.
Age
Acemore asks for your date of birth to verify your age. The authoritative date is stored on our servers. The app uses an age status and an age band to decide what you can access. It does not show that stored date back to you.
Acemore's athlete product is intended for users age 13 and older. Users identified as under 13 are not permitted to access the athlete product. Acemore is in private beta, so an account also has to be approved before the full product is available.
Profile and training setup
If you provide them, Acemore stores a display name, profile photo, training goals, equipment and gym access, weekly training targets, and a sleep schedule. After you are signed in and eligible, Acemore also stores the timezone reported by your device so days and reminders line up with your local time.
Profile photos are stored in a publicly accessible storage location and may be accessible to someone who has the direct image URL.
Training and schedule
Acemore stores the plan it builds for you, the sessions in that plan, sessions you complete, and your training history. It also stores schedule events you add, such as practice, matches, tournaments, and travel.
Readiness and recovery
Check-ins can include how much you slept, your energy, soreness, and motivation, plus optional notes.
Nutrition
When you provide them, Acemore stores dietary preferences, allergies, restrictions, and food preferences.
Notifications
Acemore stores the notification preferences you set. If you allow browser notifications, we store the push subscription for that browser so those reminders can be delivered. On the Android and iOS apps, we store a push token for that device. Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers notifications to the Android and iOS apps. Reminders are about check-ins and upcoming Acemore sessions. They do not change your plan by themselves.
Ask
Ask is optional and available only to eligible users identified as 13 or older. Users identified as under 13 are not permitted to use Ask.
Before Ask sends anything to OpenAI, AceMore asks for your permission and explains what is shared. If you allow it, each time you use Ask, the question you submit, the recent Ask conversation, and relevant information already saved in your account are sent to OpenAI to generate the response. That information includes your schedule and travel (including destinations), planned training sessions, goals, weekly training targets, playing level and training experience, equipment, today's check-in, usual bed and wake times, and nutrition preferences (diet type, allergies, restrictions, and foods you dislike). Your name, email address, date of birth, and profile photo are not included.
AceMore records when you give or withdraw this permission, and which version of the explanation you saw. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings. After you withdraw it, Ask stops sending new requests to OpenAI; withdrawing does not recall information that was already sent. A change Ask has already proposed can still be applied if you choose to apply it, because applying it does not involve OpenAI. This record is deleted when your account is deleted.
Waitlist
To join the waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 13. We store the email address you submit and, if you provide one, your playing level. We do not store your date of birth with the waitlist.
If you arrive at the website through a link with campaign tags (such as utm_source or utm_campaign, which identify the ad or post you came from), Acemore keeps those tags in a cookie on your device for 7 days. If you then join the waitlist, Acemore stores them with your signup to measure which campaigns lead to signups. Tags that look like personal details, such as an email address, are discarded. Acemore does not share these stored tags with Meta or other third parties, and this does not depend on any advertising-cookie choice.
How Acemore uses information
Acemore uses this information to:
- create and operate your account, plan, schedule, check-ins, and nutrition guidance;
- verify age and decide whether the athlete product is available to you;
- send the notifications you have turned on;
- generate an Ask response when you use Ask;
- keep the waitlist;
- respond when you contact support, and delete your account when you ask us to.
Acemore does not install a third-party analytics or advertising tracker. Hosting and database providers may keep ordinary technical logs needed to run the service.
Service providers
Acemore uses the following companies to operate the product. They process information for that purpose.
- Supabase provides account authentication, the database that stores your Acemore information, and storage for profile photos.
- Vercel hosts the Acemore website and app.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications to the Android and iOS apps. Acemore does not use Firebase Analytics.
- OpenAI generates Ask responses for eligible users identified as 13 or older who allow Ask to use OpenAI.
Acemore does not sell your personal information.
Retention and deletion
Acemore keeps account information while the account exists. You can delete the account yourself while signed in, from Settings or from the account deletion page. Deletion asks for your current password.
Deleting your account removes the Acemore account and the information Acemore stores for it, including your profile and photo, training plan, sessions, check-ins, history, goals, notification settings, and a waitlist signup for the same email address. Other information Acemore stores for the account is removed with it. Acemore does not offer a way to restore the account after that deletion.
That deletion covers the account and the Acemore information stored for it. Service providers that host or store Acemore may keep ordinary technical logs or backups as part of operating their services. Account deletion does not remove those provider logs or backups.
If you cannot sign in and need help deleting your account, contact northforgedigitalco@gmail.com.
To ask for removal of waitlist information, contact North Forge Digital at northforgedigitalco@gmail.com.
Security
Acemore limits each account's data to that signed-in account, and account deletion requires your password. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Acemore's athlete product is intended for users age 13 and older. Users identified as under 13 are not permitted to access the athlete product. Acemore uses the date of birth you provide to identify age for that rule.
Acemore does not currently offer parent or guardian accounts or management features.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will change.
